I am passionate about massage because it works! Massage provides relaxation, healing, and a dedicated moment just for you. It also offers valuable feedback and awareness by revealing where you are holding tension in your physical body. The more you understand your body, the better you can care for it—preventing future problems or even reversing current ones.
The massage experience shouldn't be overly complicated. Whether you're pregnant or prefer "deep tissue" or "Swedish" massage, the price remains the same. During the booking process, you'll also have the option to enhance your session with additions like aromatherapy, hot stones, cupping, and dry brushing —all at a low cost to better tailor your experience. *Tipping is never expected, though always appreciated.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy in 2004 and spent 15 years treating cancer patients as a Radiation Therapist. While I valued that work, I sought a more holistic way to support health and well-being. In 2012, I completed a 720-hour massage therapy certification and became a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I’m a proud member of the NCBTMB and ABMP, and I’ve been licensed in Illinois (2012–2022) and Wisconsin (since 2023).
My massage approach is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing, designed to relieve pain, release tension, and promote healing. Each session is tailored to your needs, activating the parasympathetic nervous system while restoring balance in fascia and muscle fibers—helping you move with ease and feel your best.

*My Favorite (Free) YouTube Personal Trainers:
Strength training and stretching are so important to keep away chronic pain and prevent osteoporosis. Muscle imbalances, inactivity, tight muscles, and muscle weakness can all be big contributors to pain patterns.
Caroline is one of my favorites that I've found for gaining strength and muscle. She is one tough trainer but you can use very light weights-or no weights at all-when starting with her. Caroline Girvan: https://www.carolinegirvan.com/
Sydney is another great fitness youtuber with lots of strength training programs andstretching videos! Sydney Cummings Houdysell: http://bit.ly/4lCuB4u
